Nikon D610 & Nikon D600 Comparison

Nikon has just announced the launch of the latest cameras, Nikon D610. DSLR camera with full frame sensor format (FX) this is the successor of the Nikon D600 that was launched a year ago. Camera upgrade cycle normally takes about 2-3 years, but how come that fast, just one year?

Nikon D600 and Dust

Nikon D600 camera is OK and able to produce photo-quality topnotch. Camera review site, DP Review for example give the highest recommendation for this camera. However, D600 also were afflicted with minor defects, especially the problem of dust and dirt collected on the sensor up to influence the outcome of the photo. This problem is quite annoying to Nikon issued official recommendations to address these issues.

To maintain the good name and reputation of the D600 line proved popular, the Nikon product line updating class entry level DSLR with a full frame sensor just in the past year.

The Addition Of New Features

 

In addition to getting rid of the dust problem in the above sensor, Nikon also add and fix some extra features as a sweetener, such as:

• The new Shutter mechanism – Nikon replace whole unit shutter mechanism for the D610. The main causes of the problem identified above is because dust shutter mechanism in the D600 does not look good, for that is what this unit replaced in total.
• Frame Rate Faster – Nikon D610 provided 6 fps frame rate in continuous mode while the D600 just 5.5 fps
• Auto White Balance more accurate – Nikon claimed the auto white balance on the D610 produces more accurate color and skin tone are more realistic than D600
• The addition of Quiet Mode Continuous mode – by this we can brave the barrage without making the entire market turned, can only be used at 3 fps. This is a new feature for the D610 no D600
• Better weather Sealing – Nikon claim weather sealing in Nikon D610 equivalent quality to the D800.

In addition to the above, the addition of five second the camera is relatively no difference. If you are the owner of a Nikon D600, disregard it (unless your wallet thick). If you are looking to buy, please. Nikon D600 but the former may also be on the market soon.
